A beloved Fort Worth landmark since the early 1920s, @pariscoffeeshopftw Paris Coffee Shop has served generations of Fort Worthians over the past century. My daddy`s business was right around the corner and I remember going to have lunch with him way back in the day when he knew the original owner, Vic Paris.
The Coffee Shop changed ownership and underwent a thorough restoration with a respect to the past and an authentic period look to honor the café’s heritage.
It`s a great place to meet friends for breakfast or lunch.

Chicken Taco Soup - Friday Food! My best soup recipe. So easy you`ll make this all fall and winter long. Comment below what recipes you`d like to see me make for inspiration.👇👇
Pro tip: We grill whole chickens on the weekend and de-bone them, store in zip lock bags in the freezer for weeknight meals. Two hens from Costco is about $14. Big savings.
RECIPE:
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 diced onion
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can water
1 can cream corn
1 can red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 envelope Ranch seasoning
1/4 cup Taco seasoning
Sautee onion in 1 tsp olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Let it come to a boil then turn heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Makes great leftovers. Be sure to SAVE for later!

Chicken Taco Soup - Friday Food! My best soup recipe. So easy you`ll make this all fall and winter long. Comment below what recipes you`d like to see me make for inspiration.👇👇
Pro tip: We grill whole chickens on the weekend and de-bone them, store in zip lock bags in the freezer for weeknight meals. Two hens from Costco is about $14. Big savings.
RECIPE:
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 diced onion
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can water
1 can cream corn
1 can red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 envelope Ranch seasoning
1/4 cup Taco seasoning
Sautee onion in 1 tsp olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Let it come to a boil then turn heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Makes great leftovers. Be sure to SAVE for later!

Pantry Before & After! I completed my periodic cleanout of the pantry.
My process is the same as my clothing closet - take everything out, check for expired dates and return items in their proper bins. I love using @thecontainerstore multi purpose bins because the take up little space on your shelves.
I use jars for dry goods and lazy Susan`s for bottles.

Welcome Home! I`m excited to kick off my house tour with you - starting first with my Ladies Lounge!
I took what would typically be a formal dining space and turned it into a comfortable lounge for my cookbook library. It`s perfect for visiting with friends, reading, displaying my cake pedestals and china or sipping my morning coffee.
The large crystal rose bowl was an estate sale find from @ltolestatesales. I love filling it with fresh flowers so it`s the first thing I see when I walk in the door.
