Here’s a Hive report for the past week…
Made a yummy Spiced Apple Sangria that I pinned to my Pinterest board from my niece. She made it for Thanksgiving and it was delish.
Fun napkins from HomeGoods.
Found this cheese board wheel at Costco. It comes with a slate-like turntable, three cheese knives, and three little slate chalkboards with easels and chalk. This would make a great wedding or housewarming gift and it was only $20. They have had them in the store for a while.
Received a beautiful candle as a hostess gift that smells like Christmas trees. I put it in my niche next to my sweet parents’ photo. I’m so excited they get to spend their first Christmas together in heaven.
Decorated our mantel with new stockings from Pier One — argyle, knit sweater material with faux fur trim and ball tassels. One for me, Mr. Bee and Miss Bee. It’s Christmas year ’round for Ruthie, the wienerful, cause she eats scraps and our candy!
Started making the first of three batches of homemade cinnamon rolls for gift giving. I use the Pioneer Woman’s recipe.
Went to the most fun birthday party for my dear neighbor Bee, Cindy. She looked beautiful.
Lastly, we are preparing for our trip to Gulf Shores for a sea-side Christmas and to celebrate the life of Earnie, since the ocean was her favorite place to be.
